Answers to the most frequently asked questions
Do I get unlimited prints?
Yes! We do not charge per print but by the hour. Unlimited means everyone in the photos will leave with a print in their hand and guest can also take as many pictures as they'd like. Duplicate prints are available at an additional cost.
How much room does the booth need?
We work best with a 8x8 space but can work with as small as 6x6. If we are placed in a smaller area we can't fit as many guest in the photo. We also need to be placed next to a reliable power source.
Do I get digital copies of all the photos?
Yes! We will send you all the digital copies 24-48 hours after the event. You will be able to save and share your pictures with friends and family as well as post them on social media. Don't forget to tag us!
Is set up and take down included?
Set up and take down is at no extra charge to you. We arrive about 45 minutes before our start time to set up and take about the same time to take down.
Do you charge a travel fee?
We don't charge a travel fee if you are between Ogden to Provo. Park City is also included.
Do I have to place a deposit?
To officially reserve your date we do require $100 deposit. This will be applied towards you total amount and the rest will be due one week before your event. This process is different for our corporate clients and short bookings (less than one week)
